Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a giveaway to be held on Funky Finds. We appreciate your participation.
The fee to sponsor a giveaway is $5 USD. We ask that all giveaway sponsors complete this sponsorship form and agree to our terms.

- Giveaway open for two weeks
- 150x50 web ad* for one month ($5 Value) to display on multiple web pages at Funky Finds.

TERMS:
* I acknowledge that Funky Finds giveaways are open internationally.
* I agree to provide a giveaway item (or items) valued at $20 USD or more.
* I agree to contact the Giveaway Winner within three days of receiving their contact information from Funky Finds.
* Once I have made arrangements with the winner, I will mail their item(s) within a reasonable time frame (not to exceed one month unless special arrangements have been made ahead of time).
* I will mail the item with some sort of tracking or insurance so that I can confirm its delivery or replace if lost. |
